Why don't you grom's stop f**king bad mouthing fox for "inventing 15mm", Shimano AND Fox are the companies that came up with it and that was for the SPECIFIC purpose of replacing the 9mm standard that is now over 100 years old and was originally designed for ROAD/TOWN bikes NOT MOUNTAIN bikes.

The whole idea of the dampening is so that low speed movement i.e. pedalling doesn't effect the fork but high speed i.e. landing a jump, rock garden will move the fork... I'd pick 15mm over 20mm for 4X, 15mm replaced 9mm which had been around for around 100 years and started out on road bikes... It weighs the same as 9mm but isn't far off 20mm in stiffness... Friends
